Synopsis

The Olongho animation takes us on a distant journey, both geographical and temporal.
The opening shots depict a wild, frozen land, from which we are transported to a warm, bustling home. This is a time of rest and immersion. Gathered villagers are listening attentively to the olonkhosut story. The camera passes by mesmerized children and reveals a young girl sitting alone, away from the crowd. At this moment, she becomes the main character.
The central story focuses on the young girl and her initiation as a shaman. This time of trials and harsh experiences will forever alter her social status. From a quiet girl, avoiding attention and hiding in a corner, she transforms into a mature woman, a guide, and a guardian of her people.
